I took Caleb in to get weighed yesterday. In the last 2 weeks of being both breastfed and formula fed, he's gained TWO POUNDS!! Seeing as it took 3 1/2 months for him to gain his first 3 pounds, that was huge! He's now back on the growth charts and if this continues he'll be back to where he should be in no time. We are really excited for how well he's doing. It's fun to see his little self getting chubby. He's getting little fat rolls, fat cheeks and a double chin, yay!!
He's getting better at holding his head up so he tested out his doorway bouncy swing today for the first time. He bounces a little but is mostly excited to try and eat the chair. He's also been "talking" to us more. The camera battery died today so all of these were done on my phone so they're a little blurry. There's a video at the bottom of Caleb's talking and one of him in his swing.
Sweet pictures! I can't believe how a few more pounds has changed his look so much! Have been wanting to hang out, but Eyla has been fighting a bug/ear infection for the last three weeks; dr. just put her on a steroid for 5 days this week to see if we can get rid of a cough. Don't want to share it with Caleb, so we'll call you when the Hornings are healthy!! Take care until then : )
